Breathwork is one of the most efficient physical and mental tools for well-being, relaxation and stress relief, which is oftentimes overlooked in our busy lives despite its importance. Within my coaching, we are engaging in simple, effective & highly joyful tools to explore our breath and restore our body-mind connection.
Applying these simple tools leads to improving health, rehabilitating the body, optimizing sports performance, or just improving stress resilience in a hectic everyday life.
