The companies we corporate with will in the process become Data Controllers and they will have responsibility for fulfilling applicable privacy legislation in this regard. Data will only be collected with the purpose of evaluating your professional skills and possible match to one or more consultancy assignments.
MIND4iT will not share your data with any third parties except companies we corporate with and the suppliers of our IT systems, where we have safeguarded your data through a Data Processor Agreement (DPA) with each of these suppliers. The process is handled through Visma Case, which is currently is hosted within EU and EEA by Itadel, Copenhagen. Compliant to ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402.
