Lyndec Designs was established in 1978. We are pioneers of the shower screen industry with our first landed housing project in all phases at Springleaf Gardens in 1993. This was the period when cubicled shower screens became very popular with affluent home owners who have travelled overseas and when condominiums were sprouting in Singapore.
Our first condominium project was West Cove Condominium at West Coast Road with Far East Organisation in 1993. The first en-bloc housing project was at Changi Heights in 1998 by the Ban Hin Leong Group and we are proud to have installed our shower screens there. Our supply of shower screens in Singapore were followed by many more prestigious projects. Currently, we are engaged in fitting high-end bungalows, landed properties, boutique projects and HDB homes.
