To achieve this I focus on finding problems, User Research(User Interviews, Stakeholder Map), Analysis(User Persona, User Journey Map and Storyboard) The next step is followed by Idea generation which includes user flow and wire-framing followed by low high fidelity Design and prototyping. The last steps include usability testing, feedback and Iteration
