I'm a 5th-year Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the Arizona State University. I work at Cognition & Intellifent Lab , supervised by Dr. Chitta Baral .
My research focuses on developing intelligent models that can search for and leverage external knowledge to improve their comprehension and reasoning skills, with a particular focus on tasks such as question answering. To achieve this goal, I have invented new models ( Poly-DPR , VRR ) and training objectives ( SCONER ) that are specifically designed to enhance the ability of these models to retrieve relevant knowledge from a corpus.
