"Chill and Calm" these were the requests for a new commission and ended up being both the focus and the title for a new painting. This is a great mantra for these trying times. I have found myself getting worked up over numerous issues (the election, the pandemic surging worldwide, etc..) but coming back to these words and the essence of life is helping to ground me. There are so many wonderful blessings in my life such as spending more time with my children, eating dinners as a family, beautiful fall weat
