About I'm a freelance writer, editor and content strategist based in Singapore. I started my career reporting on the lifestyle industries in a newspaper ( TODAY ) and magazine ( The Peak ). Occasionally, I leapt over the fence and dabbled in communications roles ( Mercurio Design Lab , Mandarin Orchard Singapore and FRHI Hotels & Resorts ).
In 2012, I was given the opportunity to be the Deputy Editor of Prestige Singapore magazine. While there, I picked up the knowledge and skills of how to manage a multi-platform publication. My dream of becoming an editor came true later when I helmed design and architecture magazine d+a (2018-2022). Till today, editorial work remains my first love.
