I thought it would be fitting to write this article in January, a month that many find to be very depressing after the temporary euphoria and moments of peace that Christmas often brings.
I’ve had my fair share of depressive episodes but haven’t had a sustained low for around 3 years now which is wonderful and I sincerely hope that more people can find some relief from this mental illness.
