Transgender Candidates
I am the Senior Policy Researcher & Advisor for the Movement Advancement Project (MAP), an independent think tank that provides rigorous research, insight, and analysis to help speed equality for all, including LGBTQ people. Among other duties, I maintain our Equality Maps tracking over 50 LGBTQ-related policies across all 50 states, D.C., and the U.S. territories. I create accessible, persuasive, data-driven policy resources, and I advise on these and other issues. Learn more about MAP here!
I also served two years at the Harvard Opinion Research Program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. I designed surveys and analyzed public opinion on a variety of health and domestic policy issues. I wrote policy reports and worked with the media and funding partners to communicate our research to broad and diverse audiences.
