Literacy Ontario Central South (LOCS) provides support to adult training organizations in Central Ontario. These organizations specialize in helping adults reach their education and work goals. They provide adult-focused, supportive training, in person and online. They ensure everyone in need of upgrading and workplace skills training has access. LOCS specializes in making sure they have the resources they need to help the individuals in their programs.
