He was initiated into the fraternity at the University of West Florida in 1974, graduated with a B.S. degree in Marketing in 1975, an MBA in 1976, and later received his Juris Doctorate with Honors from Western State University College of Law in 1980.
Fletcher has served in numerous leadership positions, including president of the fraternity and the board of directors of the House Corporation. The Order of the Lion Award is a prestigious honor for exceptional service to the fraternity.
