Description: I am an Executive Consultant, Producer and Co-Active experienced at supporting strategic development and business transformations for organisations in the Arts.
In 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, I finished a maternity cover role as Executive Producer for English Touring Theatre and embarked on a freelance career. Since then, I have worked with a number of visionary companies such as A New Direction , BitterSuite and Folio Theatre , and look forward to working with many more.
In June 2022 I qualified as Relational Dynamic Coach and have brought this practice into my work as a freelancer. When looking for collaborations, I am driven to support brilliant companies and individuals to flourish and deliver on their core mission and values. Having started out in the industry without any connections or networks, I am deeply passionate about opening up new routes and experiences within the Arts, and so seek out partnerships which have this vision at the core.
I have worked in the Arts for over 13 years and have discovered that my two top values are kindness and curiosity.
