Yoga at the Coast
I have developed my teaching style over the years to teach what I call an Ashtanga Mix class. They are based on the framework of the Ashtanga Primary series but each month we have a focus area and alter the practice reflect this; we usually do a straight primary run through the last week of each month. In the last year I have also introduced classes to compliment the Asthanga Practice; my own Ashtanga Elements and a class based on Matthew Sweeneys Chandra Sequence.
