Yesterday (May 28, 2023) was Pentecost Sunday, which is considered the birthday of the church. Our church celebrated with many people wearing red, they decorated the front of the church with “fire” colors, we had cupcakes after church, and there were special elements during the service. We also had 5 baptisms, which was very exciting. Two of the people who were baptized are the children of a couple we used to work with at AIM. The highlight for me, though, was the guest who came to church with us. I have been working with a local family-owned company for the past year and a half.
