A little over a decade ago, I graduated from college and found myself with some mixed feelings. I was so happy to finally have my college degree, but I also felt a little sad that that part of my life was over, and my friends and cohort were all moving apart to the next phase of life. The stress of job searching certainly did not make me feel any better either! I decided that I needed to find something to help me focus my mind and keep me busy, which led to my love of knitting!
Knitting is a craft that takes a continuous strand of yarn and turns it into a loose fabric through a series of loops. Knitting requires the use of two needles (as opposed to crochet, which only requires one) and these needles can come in different forms and materials.
