Brandon Strickland is a licenced real estate sales representative with 12 years of property investing experience. Brandon began in the property market at 18 years of age when he bought his first rental income property from savings earned while working in construction for the previous few years.
Shortly after this small success, Brandon began to educate himself on the property market and various investment strategies. Within the following 3 years, Brandon saved, refinanced and purchased 2 additional income properties bringing his property resume to 3 properties by the age of 22. Since then, Brandon has owned student housing, duplexes, multi-unit residential, vacant land, cottage and recreational properties along with several single family residences.
Brandon has also invested nearly $25,000 on specialized education and private coaching on the property market. In addition to his property experience, Brandon has studied psychology, negotiations, economics, advanced strategic planning, philosophy, ethics, and many other forms of self development that aid his ability to provide insight, experience and excellent service to his clients.
