With over 20 years experience in Osteopathy and Massage Therapy, I have treated many sources of pain and discomfort, including back and neck pain, minor sports injuries, muscle spasm and tension, sciatica, and arthritic and joint pain.
I began my osteopathic training in 1996, graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2001. During my training, I was awarded a prize for highest academic achievement in my year. I pride myself on providing you with a friendly, caring and holistic approach. My priority is to practice with a preventive approach, helping you to maintain a healthy and pain-free lifestyle. I apply a range of osteopathic techniques to best treat individual problems, including structural and cranial osteopathy.
I treat a wide range of clients from all walks of life including professional and amateur ballroom and latin dancers.
