Mental wellness is a state of physical and mental well-being, characterized by a sense of balance, resilience, and fulfillment. Each person has a different path to achieving mental wellness. In making a recommendation for treatment, I will look at you as a whole person in the context of your life, and I will tailor my recommendations to you. We will discuss your individual needs and goals and find your path to help you to improve self-knowledge, adaptability, and fulfillment in life. I use principles of exp
