Lake Isabella Property Owners Association
Lake Isabella Property Owner’s Association is a private, non-profit corporation that manages the parks and common properties of Lake Isabella. We were founded in 1969 with the mission to maintain the safety and well-being of the property owners in the Lake Isabella area. We are committed to providing our residents with the amenities that make lake life enjoyable, such as a tennis court, pickleball courts, and pavilions that are the perfect setting for gatherings, parties, and family reunions. We own land and buildings and pay taxes on these properties. The LIPOA owns the bottom land under Lake Isabella, however, we do not own or control the actual water, which is public. The Department of Natural Resources and the Village have responsibility for public areas. However, because the Association owns the “park areas” there is limited access to the lake.
