The 999 Club is based in Deptford and works all year round to support people experiencing homelessness, or those who are at risk of becoming homeless. Voluntary Services Lewisham (VSL) has been supporting vulnerable Lewisham residents for over 50 years. The VSL Christmas Appeal supports vulnerable children, teenagers and isolated older residents every Christmas, providing toys, vouchers, festive treats and hampers. Last year they supported nearly 3000 Lewisham residents and for some this will be the only gift they receive.
