STAFF PORTAL: LOGIN About us A little about our history Steve & Cindy developed their own investment property portfolio over many years whilst actively engaged in many other successful business ventures. After developing a methodology that works well in managing and maintaining property in today's challenging economic climate, they decided late in 2016 to offer the management facility to other family members who also had investment property portfolios.
This was warmly embraced and today they look after over 160 tenants in the family property group as well as the maintenance of all the properties and the vision is to expand the operation to include managing other discerning owner's property portfolios in the near future.
