As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we know that you have many questions. We still intend to provide healthcare to pets during this time as pets continue to need care. We also intend to protect ourselves and the community we serve by using the knowledge and tools we have to ensure it makes sense to be your pet healthcare provider during this time.
Yes, we are seeing patients as a mobile practice. But since we come to you and are typically inside your home, we have many provisions in place and are not operating in our normal capacity. This is to protect everyone: Me, Kate (the greatest assistant), Annabel (our earnest intern), you, your family, your pets, and your home.
As you read below, you may find that certain circumstances and demographics may be recommended to see a veterinarian that provides curbside care instead of using us as a healthcare provider. This is for your wellbeing. Most physical locations are doing this now for everyone’s protection. Curbside service means you will remain in your car and the staff will interface with you minimally physically while your pet is taken inside for an exam. You will be called from the building to have a conversation about fin
