The LDNY Foundation will support young people from lower income communities in the UK, US and developing world gain entry into the creative industries and fulfill their potential whatever their background by providing: educational scholarships, SME grants and supporting a range of innovative and effective projects. Our aspiration is that over time this foundation will become a major force in harnessing and linking the raw creative talent of the “underprivileged”.
We have formed partnerships with Parsons in New York and London College of Fashion and will also endeavor to offer educational grants and scholarships to support young people from developing countries enter these two leading creative educational institutions in London and New York.
Our long term ambition is to build our own design education facility in Ghana and create the first world class fashion and design institute in Sub-Saharan Africa.
