A very small amount of essential oil is harvested from a large quantity of ingredients, making this process very environmentally unfriendly. Some essential oils can disturb the endocrine system function. Might cause allergies especially for people with skin problems. Handmade soap needs to be cured for 4-6 weeks, during this time, essential oil dissipates. Very little amount of benefits is left behind.
Why we add herbs to our soap? Herbs added are targeted at specific skin issues which too many people are facing in our increasingly polluted environment.
Why we do not care for frivolous packaging? Handmade soap is a zero waste process and environmentally friendly. We like to keep it that way as much as we can.
