The Latino Student Fund (LSF) was founded in 1994 to address disparities in access to education for underrepresented students in Washington, DC, and has since served more than 4,000 youth across its programs. The Latino Student Foundation (LSF) helps at-risk students in PreK-12th grade and helps first-generation students get into college. It also helps Latino families become strong advocates for their children.
The greatest strength of our work is the ability to involve the entire family in our programs. By educating families through English classes, school workshops, and computer training, we make learning accessible for every generation and increase levels of attainment in the community.
