LaLance Partners in Management has worked as a multi-national partnership since 1995, specializing in technical assistance in transition countries. In the past decades, Lalance has been involved in numerous projects in transition countries as part of the European Union’s pre-accession process, the EU good neighbor policy, the European Commission’s TAIEX program, Council of Europe projects, The Netherlands’ pre-accession support, and assistance by the IMF and other donors.
LaLance has delivered technical assistance, awareness-raising, and training activities in countries as varied as Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Albania, Moldova, Belarus, Turkey, Jordan, and Indonesia. Its methods for judicial reform and the fight against corruption have been adopted permanently in public and private organizations in a number of countries. All good things must come to an end. After almost twenty-five years of service to its great variety of clients in many countries, LaLance has now reached the end of its international activities and the partnership will be dissolved. Within the Netherlands, the activities in the area of management and career coaching will be continued by SchatzAdvies .
