Welcome on a tour of my art world! I paint on live edge wood. Each painting is unique as each “canvas” is made of natural wood which comes in different colors, shapes and sizes. Some of them have bark still, some come with holes and some have lovely wood grain designs on the surface. I don’t regard them as blank canvasses; they already have a story written on them. I feel and listen to them until I hear their stories. Some pieces talk loud and clear. The moment I see them, I know what they will depict. An e
