"Cops in Court" is a free, full-day, KLEC-certified training for law enforcement across the Commonwealth on report-writing and testifying. During the training, your TSRP gives presentations on report-writing and direct- and cross-examination techniques, and participants view a taped scenario of an impaired driver. The Kentucky Impaired Driving Task Force has developed a new four-year Impaired Driving Strategic Plan with an aim toward further reducing the number of impaired driving deaths and injuries in Kentucky. The new Strategic Plan was approved by the Task Force on October 23, 2019, and will serve as the foundation for the Task Force moving forward.
