Is the Fed really committed to raising interest rates until they achieve 2% inflation? Will transactional velocity slow to a crawl? And that is why the KY CCIM Chapter exists – to help our members build the business they want through industry best education and networking. It is because of this that I encourage you to renew your membership with the Kentucky CCIM Chapter in 2023.
This past year, we held over 16 events attended by over 1,000 of our members and guests. We held CI- 101 at the Baird building downtown. For the 12th straight year, we held the KCREC Conference where CRE professionals as well as our friends in the law came together to spend a day networking and knocking out our continuing education – in a way that furthers our careers instead of merely checking a box.
