As of Monday, January 14th K-W Electronic Service Inc. has sold its assets to Viessmann Manufacturing Company Inc., one of our biggest customers. This acquisition occurred as a result of Viessmann’s expansion of its Waterloo operations and the long-standing relationship between the two companies.
