Description: Em Schwarzwald is a live artist, sculptor and sex de/constructor. Topics touched by her works have been sex and queer culture, space, relationality, class and care. She has been doing curatorial work - also as Co-director of VN Jaeger & Schwarzwald. As a lawyer and media activist she has been working with a focus on freedom for underrepresented voices. In every part of her work the stories inherent to materials and processes are of great importance.
