Changes are underway while a trough of low pressure approaches the coast now. Sunday morning low clouds and marine air will be rushing inland with some drizzle in spots. The low temperatures in the morning will fall in the upper 40s to low 50s for a dramatically cooler feeling. The cool, trough will slowly move over western Washington through the day. Areas of drizzle will develop and persist by early evening.

Sunday will remain cloudy to mostly cloudy with areas of light rain or drizzle increasing through the evening, continuing into the night. Daytime highs will be much cooler in the low to mid 60s.

A large, cool, trough of low pressure in the upper atmosphere settles overhead for the entire week. Disturbances rolling through the trough will initiate drizzle or light rain at times Monday and Tuesday under mostly cloudy skies and highs in the 60s. After Tuesday the trough will moderate in temperatures bringing highs back to the upper 60s to low 70s with a little afternoon sun Wednesday and Thursday.
