Our family moved from the desert of Utah to the lush hills of middle Tennessee to start our dream of owning a farm and becoming more self sufficient. As we started realizing that we knew very little about out food, where it came from, and ultimately what was in it, we wanted to be much more in tuned with what we were consuming.
