A club formed in the South Cumbrian market town in 1877, and currently playing level 6 rugby and running two senior teams along with the full age range of mini and youths . We have excellent facilities and what must be the most picturesque rugby ground in England.
In Summer, our 35 acre site becomes a campsite catering for visitors with tents, motorhomes and caravans, with the proximity to the town being popular with our guests.
The clubhouse is regularly used by local groups and societies, and also it has a fully-equipped gym for members. We encourage our facilities to be used for family parties and functions, with up to 150 guests able to be seated.
