Started in 2014, the King Wolf Swim (KWS) is a point-to-point open water swim across the St. Lawrence River/Lake Ontario from Kingston to Wolfe Island, Ontario. It is held annually in July. Easily accessible from Toronto, Ottawa and Syracuse, this is a great swim for more experienced open water swimmers! Complete the swim, enjoy lunch on Wolfe Island, then take the ferry back to Kingston. Sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario.
