ABOUT ABOUT US We found Kingdon Gardens in 2006 and instantly knew that it was a place that would make a fantastic holiday destination. Only 2 miles from Barnstaple town centre, in a secluded valley with picturesque views and within easy reach of the popular surfing beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe we loved it from the moment we saw it. Over the last 10 years we have started extensive redevelopment work to return this derelict market gardens to its former glory. There is still a lot of work to do,
Rose Cottage, Lounge We now have two self-catering properties, Rose Cottage is a spacious property with a fully fitted Kitchen, Lounge/Dinner, a downstairs cloakroom, two bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a shower and a bath. Honeysuckle Cottage is again two bedrooms with a spacious downstairs bathroom and upstairs cloakroom.
