To say that the show this weekend went well would be a complete understatement. Kroger was on his very best behavior and totally took care of me. We had wins in showmanship, Western Ideal, and unanimous wins in Hunter Under Saddle, English Eq, English Disciplined Rail, and English Ideal, and Horsemanship. We also won the medal in the NEHC Equitation Medal Class qualifying us for a show at Eastern States in October. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the show grounds were gorgeous. In just two weeks I’m taking this guy to my first New England Pinto Show! I’m so excited to be showing at the breed shows again. I loved showing the Quarter Horse circuit when I lived in Michigan and am excited to see what the New England circuits are like.
When my friend Jenny of Leveret & Hare asked me to help her out with a wedding fair at BHLDN I happily said yes. Jenny does incredibly beautiful calligraphy and I was so excited to be able to talk to people about how talented she is and how she could help them with their wedding. Her entire booth was beautiful, the flowers, the displays and the invitations suites she designed.
