Bringing properties back to life
This is our first investment as a team. Father and daughter are embarking on a new journey to bring properties back to life. This four-bedroom two-bath home will be enlarged by 600 square feet and drop to three bedrooms and two baths. The living area will be opened up and expanded. We are adding a covered patio in back.
Father has been doing rehab projects in Houston for over ten years. Daughter said she wanted to learn. This is where KF Creations was created. Watch us as we grow and create in greater Houston.
