As a special service to those who wish to accelerate the achievement of their fitness and lifestyle goals and in response to demand, Kevin has decided to offer 5 day intensive ‘courses’. These will allow clients to intensify their training, supplement usual practical sessions with a range of other lifestyle services and address personal health and fitness concerns. The course will offer a fully personalised programme put together for each client following an in depth consultation.
Kevin was educated at Oakwood Park Grammar School in Maidstone and the University of East Anglia in Norwich.
