As individuals we respond differently to our environment and the situations we find ourselves in every day .
We respond differently to cold and flu seasons, we react differently to stressful situations, our physical and emotional responses to ill-health are different, we crave and reject different foods and experiences. We manage our lives differently and our coping mechanisms for dealing with our external and internal worlds are different.
With this in mind, my naturopathic approach seeks to understand all the factors influencing an individual's health from their medical history though to their current lifestyle demands, nutrition and their daily environments.
