Welcome to my website! I’m a young adult/middle grade author, speculative fiction geek, ex-pat, ex-clown and ex-museum curator.
I have written four books, all published by DCB (an imprint of Cormorant ) – you can read more about them all via the links on the right. My newest, shiniest one is called A Mist of Memories , and it is about a strange island swathed in mists, a missing girl, gaslighting, grief and things we want to forget. My first novel, Transferral , a young adult speculative fiction book, was optioned by Temple Street Productions , and nominated for the 2017 Manitoba Young Readers’ Choice Awards , the Snow Willow Award and the Sunburst Award . It has been translated into French and is available from Michel Lafon .
