Katarzyna Krej lives and creates in Wrocław, Poland. From 1999 to 2004, she studied Glass Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, and received her diploma under the tutelage of Professor Małgorzata Dajewska. In 2003, she spent a year on an Erasmus scholarship at the Department of Painting and Glass Design at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Kunste in Stuttgart, Germany, under the supervision of Professor Johannes Hewel.
