The project “Justice without Litigation for Europe” (JuWiLi), co-financed by the European Union under the Justice Programme, has been launched on 1 December 2020. The project’s core objective is an in-depth analysis of non-contentious judicial proceedings (frequently carried out by notaries) in the participating countries, against the background of the term “court” in EU instruments.
