In most cases the lower level, or basement is ready to start finishing almost immediately, with little to no prep work. We can add egress windows for an extra bedroom, underground plumbing as needed for an extra bath, bar or kitchenette.
Experience, we have been finishing basements in northern Michigan for nearly 15 years. We are not a 1 man show, brief case carrying builder. Most of the workers on your project will be employees, not subcontractors. That ensures a high quality finish and on time delivery.
Once the project is completed we change the air filter on your furnace, replace the carpeting on the steps to the basement and repaint the stairway.
