Julie left her home state of NH right after college. After living in SC, NJ, NY, GA and PA, she and her family settled in St. Johns, FL in 2010. Her personal experience as a serial home buyer and seller is what lured her away from her career in retail finance and into real estate. Since 2012 she has helped dozens of families every year as they sell or buy a home, and has consistently ranked in the top 10% of Realtors®, by sales volume, in northeast FL.
When she’s not working, Julie and her family enjoy much of what northeast Florida offers: beaches, dining out, symphony, pro sports, the theater and music scene, golf, and year-round outdoor activities. She is on the verge of becoming a formidable pickleball player (in her own mind), but has yet to learn the sport. Or even hold a racket.
