JRDS is a private, nonprofit organization that provides residential, community and center based services for people with special needs. Building Brighter Futures since 1958

FSSA is issuing JRDS funding to support our direct service workforce.  We plan to use the funding in the following way to invest in our DSWs:

Retention bonuses will be given out to eligible employees in our workforce. We will dedicate 95% of the grant amount towards this program.  Bonuses will be issued in  February, April, July, August, October, and December 2023.
