I am Jonathan Sachs. I am a health care leader who is committed to improving the patient experience both in hospital and out-patient settings through design thinking and innovative solutions. I currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of WUWTA , a patient experience technology company that helps doctors guide their patients through their healthcare journey.
Previously, I served as Vice President and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital , creating and implementing the strategic direction needed to measure, communicate and improve all aspects of the patient, family, and employee experience. I take pride in building an organizational culture of empathy and compassion to create an environment where our clinicians can pursue excellence in patient care.
Prior to joining the team at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, I led Patient Experience, Foundation, Digital Health, and Innovation for Adventist HealthCare in Gaithersburg Maryland. Before serving in an executive operations role, I worked as a government relations professional at the federal, Maryland state, and local levels of government.
