Jody Aaron Goad, our precious son and creator of this web site, passed away on July 9, 2003. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor in February 2002. The tumor was removed and he endured eight weeks of radiation treatments. His MRI checkups were clear until December 2002 when the cancer returned in two places - inoperable. He then took chemo until May 2003 when he had two shunt surgeries, but he declined quickly. He fought hard and never complained.
Jody worked very hard for about 16 years on genealogy research and transferring it to this site. We hope to keep this web site as is, however, we do not have the capability to answer any queries regarding his research. To see pictures and stories about Jody click here .
