Returns & exchanges If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch. We ask that you return the goods unused and within the original packaging, taking care to wrap the item as it was sent to you. A refund or exchange will be completed on safe return of the item. Any item that is returned broken due to poor packaging for delivery may not be refunded or exchanged. Please get in touch before returning item
