We have mapped core values at August Infotech precisely what we are as a human beings and not what we aspire to be. It is easy to see August Infotech’s core values at work because that’s what we are as humans.
Freedom with accountability as a core value means everyone in our organization can make decisions and act in their work. Still, they are also held accountable for the outcomes of those decisions and actions. This value is essential because it allows for creativity and innovation while maintaining responsibility and discipline.
